DU OBE : Kuhad Committee report submitted by UGC in HC

New Delhi : Many student’s have filed petition in the High court against Delhi University DU open book exams OBE as it is not feasible for student’s to appear for the same due to lack of infrastructure.

Justice Pratibha M singh had requested UGC in the last hearing to UGC officials to submit R.C Kuhad committee report in sealed cover today. Report has been submitted and taken up in records.

The bench has also listed this matter on 30th July, 2020. Supreme Court will hear the petition against UGC Guidelines on 27th July, 2020, Monday.

The Court also asked DU to conduct DU OBE Mock exactly same as student’s will appear for final exam’s. Adv Sachin Dutta agrees to it and said “everything will be taken care of”.

Delhi University in the recent guidelines for Mock test mentioned that mock are just for making student’s familiar with the online portal. Test will not be same as there syllabus.
