New Delhi : The matter against Delhi University open book examination (OBE) for final year student’s was taken up on Friday, 24th july in Delhi High court.
Court asked DU to clear the preparations of the university in front of them for conducting Mock tests and Online Exam’s.
The Mock tests are going to begin from 27 July, 2020, Monday. Delhi University requested High court not to put stay order on the exam’s and mock. Let the university go ahead with it. adv Dutta from delhi university also stated that if any issue arises in the mock, university will be answerable to High Court.
Next hearing on 27th July
The hearing will begin in two parts next week. First part will be taken up on monday in which dlehi university will present the records for computer centers placed in different parts of the country to accommodate student’s for online exams.
Another hearing on 30th July
Second part of the hearing will be conducted on Thursday, 30th July. Delhi High Court is already aware that Supreme court will hear up the matter against UGC guidelines on Monday, 27th July along with the petition of aaditya thakrey, President Yuva sena.

The High Court decided to adjourned the hearing till next thursday, till then HC will observe the SC hearing and according to court dynamics of the on going case can be changed if SC release any orders on the UGC Guidelines.
