Delhi high Court have asked UGC to clarify on the Mode of Exam’s to be conducted by all Universities as per the Guidelines in the Court today.
As per UGC Guidelines paragraph 1, UGC stated “Universities can conduct any kind of final semester Exam till 30th September”. High Court asked UGC to clarify what kind of exam (OBE, offline, MCQ, OMR).
High Court have also requested UGC to submit R.C Kuhad Report in front of the honorable court before next hearing in a sealed cover.
Next hearing on 24th July, Friday
The high court will continue hearing on 24th July, 2020 ine day after tomorrow. The discussion on the report submitted by R.C Kuhad will begin.
The strange fact is that report is not public as of now. Delhi High court can advise delhi university to conduct assignments based evaluation instead of proper exam’s.
The court made some serious observations about DU administration and appearing to have collapsed completely.
