New Delhi : The Corona virus cases are increasing day by day and India is breaking it’s own daily cases record every single day. India reached to 40,000 Cases per day. At this time, health of Students is the top most priority for our government.
UGC on the other hand is forcing students all across the nation to write final year exam’s. The decision is completely unacceptable by teacher’s and Students.
High Court Hearing – 22 July, 2020
In this pandemic environment, many students have filed a PIL against university of delhi for holding Exam’s at this point of time putting everyone’s life at risk.
The case is going on in the High Court in seek of relief. As far nothing came positive for Students from the honorable court but the hopes are still very high.
The Hearing will begin tomorrow at 11:40 Am and 12:15 pm. Advocate Akash sinha tweeted the same today evening.
Supreme Court hearing
Where the case is already at crucial stage in the Delhi High Court, 31 Student’s from 13 states have also filed a PIL in the Supreme Court of India against the UGC guidelines. The hearing for the same will be in one or two days.
