Maharaja Agrasen college of management studies, is located in the vicinity of rohini. Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Maharaja Agrasen, also known as maims is the best ranked college of GGSIPU. Which was promoted by a group of well known industrialists,philanthropists with an aim to promote quality education.
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of management studies began with two programmes-BBA and BBA(B&I) back in 2003. And with gradual advancement it introduced several other programmes like BA(JMC), B.Com (honours), BA(H) Economics, BA(LLB) integrated.
Maims, consists of experienced lecturers with great knowledge in their respective feilds providing the youth with the same. exposure in every field is provided through conferences, competitions, fests for gaining full confidence in themselves and for overall personality development.
With every subsequent year, the placement records are reaching heights. Several leading companies like Amazon, VFS Global, CSC india, Naukri.com are collaborating with maharaja Agrasen with a decent pay package. In this respective year average package offered was 4.9 LPA, Which is also leading to a huge success rate for most of the crowd pursuing these brands. The job profiles are gradually upgraded because of the large placement package and more experience is gained.
Despite the overall development in academic, crowd of maharaja Agrasen also excels in co-curricular. Several societies have been developed with time giving platform to raw talent and for gaining confidence and a dilemma to perform with no stage fright. Some of the leading societies are what a click, consisting of young raw photography talent. Followed up several other societies like Urban hoppers crew, Swarga,Bhangra Knights, Smagra for showcasing and enchancement of the hidden talents. Unlike activities like Theatre and dance, music etc. Maharaja Agrasen promotes sports with proper guidance following with a proper practice ground, indoor badminton court, basket ball court and equipments for the same. On short time intervals trails and competitions are held for every sports,Followed with award distribution too.
Maharaja agrasen is known for it’s frisky campus and robust crowd. The campus of maharaja Agrasen leads amongst all other GGSIPU colleges. Consisting of different blocks for different fields. A big library, and a spacious and large canteen followed by a coffee parlour. The main highlight of the campus is the largely spaced auditorium consisting of Two floors, with a 750+ seating capacity. And several mini auditoriums too for practice of several extra co-curricular activities. A hostel for boys is available, and the classes are spacious too followed by practical labs also.
With a lively and experienced bunch of leaders maharaja Agrasen is reaching cloud number nine and with a more lively and focussed crowd, maims is amongst the best colleges of GGSIPU. It focusses on the minor weaknesses and with a proper guidance leads the youth to a right path. Maharaja Agrasen, not just believes in theoritical knowledge but also believes in practical knowledge. And apart from studies in also highlights the co-curricular of an individual and help it strive for success. Maharaja Agrasen believes in hardwork and patience and with that comes success.
