Petition Against UGC Guidelines has been registered in Supreme Court

Advocate Alakh Alok Srivastava updated all student’s through his Twitter handle on 21st July, 2020 about the PIL filed against UGC Final year exam’s has been registered by Supreme Court today.

Final year Exam’s by September

The student’s are in extreme pressure, anxiety and confusion with the inhuman decision by UGC committee for final year student’s. According to UGC, Universities compulsorily need to conduct final year exams by 30 september, 2020.

High Court Hearing – 22 July

The High Court hearing is also going on. Next hearing will be on 22nd July, 2020. Honorable Court will hear all the petitions tomorrow and it can be the last hearing as well.

KEAM Students tested Positive today

As per the reports, two KCET student’s also tested positive after writing exam in the examination center. Secretary, Yuva sena tweeted “aur krao exam’s” after listening to this story.

Government should not put the lives of lakhs of student’s in risk and thus final year exam’s should be optional.
