Delhi University is mainly divided into two campus i.e North and South Campus .
North Campus is famous for its colleges like Hansraj , St. Stephen College etc whereas South Campus is famous for colleges like CVS , LSR etc . South Campus is not only famous for its colleges but also for hangout places where students can have a quality time .
Some of the places are as follows :-

1) Select Citywalk and DLF Place, Saket
Select Citywalk and DLF Place are most popular malls in south campus. Both the malls contain high brands like Zara , Mac and Forever 21. These malls also have seasonal fairs which showcase different and creative types of stalls having unique stuff with them . Many of the promotional events are also held in this mall. Both Select City walk and DLF Place are decorated nicely on the events like Valentine and Christmas etc. So at last this malls become one of the best place to hangout.

2) Connaught Place
Connaught Place resides in the heart of Delhi. Connaught place contains all types of shops and clubs. It is also famous for its junk jewelleries and accessories. Even if you are a party person, you can find all type of clubs in Connaught Place. Connaught place is quite easy to reach as the nearest metro station is Rajiv Chowk.

3) Satya Niketan Market
Satya Niketan Market is quite famous for the food. Some of the best momos are of QD’s and burgers of Big Yellow Door. Hashtag Café is another popular hangout for pasta. Satya Niketan Market is also famous because the market contain tons of coaching institutions , not only this but it is near to the PG of students.

4) Hauz Khas Village
If your pocket is empty and you want to hangout, then Hauz Khas Village is the best choice as you don’t need a penny for stalling around. The adjacent lake area draws the city’s crowds attention here.

5) Sarojini Nagar
If you are making the list of best hangout place then how can you forget the best market for girls.
Yeah , that’s right Sarojini Nagar where you can find all type of trendy clothes in most cheapest price. Hence it attract female crowd a lot.

6) South Extension Market
South Extension Market is the posh area which contain a bunch of branded stores and Jeweller’s Shop. South X Market also being popular for the footwear and cherry on the top is the Bengali sweets that are serve there. South X market is generally closed on Monday.

7 ) Greater Kailash M-Block 1
Bags, clothes, footwear, jewellery; name it and you find it here. When it comes to bags and watches the first name that comes into mind is Greater Kailash.
