A fresh dispute have shocked the varsity’s DU Law Faculty. There are some students who insist that all the papers of LLM semester exams were leaked.
Whereas, some of them have claimed of inconsistency in marks of LLB entrance examination. Even though the varsity has announced that one paper will be conducted again on July 20th, many members of ABVP proclaimed that there have been massive cheating in all the papers that took place.
The senior officials of the Du law faculty were alleged of corruption by ABVP on Monday. Therefore, a high-level inquiry was demanded against the issue. They also bought light to certain complaints about discrepancies made by several students at their respective centres.
The following allegations were dismissed by an official of the varsity stating that even though there were some complaints by the students, nothing suggested that there was cheating of an epidemic level.
The dean of du law faculty also stated that only one paper was found to be leaked and the official responsible was immediately suspended for the same.
According to ABVP, many students complained that their papers were not correctly evaluated. ABVP unit head Bharat Khatana said,“Those students who are asking for response sheets must also get details of the answers they selected, so that they know where they committed mistakes.”
An inquiry will be set up soon for this matter by the examination department.
