The Supreme Court told on on Thursday that plea challenging the UGC Guidelines will be taken up by Justice Ashok Bhushan led bench on Monday.
Central Government informed SC that a similar petition (filed by NSUI/Congress) got dismissed by another bench. Advocate Alakh srivastava have carefully examined the petition and will raise tough questions on Monday.
Advocate Alakh alok Srivastava is still confident that on Monday SC will give justice to Final year student’s.
The plea asserts that Marksheets are awarded every year by 31st July and as per the recent situation student’s don’t even have any idea about the exam’s.
Final year student’s should be promoted on the previous semester performance and internal assessment and award with the degrees or transcripts before 31st July.
Next hearing will be on Monday, 27th July 2020.
