New Delhi : The Supreme Court of India to pronounce much awaited order on Final year exams tomorrow. A batch of pleas challenging UGC guidelines and seeking cancellation of final year examination amid Covid 19.
The UGC Guidelines released on July 6 became controversial and involved politics when it gets public. Students seeking cancellation of final year exams also got support from various non-BJP states.
It is very much clear that ruling party wants to conduct exams anyhow and non-BJP don’t want to conduct. Similar kind of situation is happening with NEET-JEE as well.

Final year students were already suffering from daily anxiety, extended duration of academic year and other crises. States where flood and corona virus is most affected are also not in a position to conduct exams.
Conducting exams will clearly increase daily corona cases. Since, it is not possible for any university or college to maintain social distancing norms if exams held physically, corona infection will spread more fast.
Yesterday, India records highest corona cases i.e 75k per day. At this stage, conducting examination will not a logical solution. In the last hearing, apex court has reserve its order.
SC will pronounce the much awaited order tomorrow. The order will be passed keeping in mind the max possible solutions and the current situation of our Country.
