Non-BJP states to move Supreme Court over NEET-JEE Exams

The NEET-JEE issue in our country is now a political matter. Many states governments, anti parties and students were against the BJP Government. The demand is to postpone NEET and JEE by 60 days atleast.

Today, congress interim President Sonia Gandhi conducted a meeting via video conferencing with the CM’s of all Congress rule states. Mamta banerjee suggested to move Supreme court against the decision to conduct exams.

This suggestion was accepted by all 7 CM’s in the meeting and all CM’s are approaching apex court for the same. So far, Punjab, West Bengal, Odissa and Maharashtra have moved to SC against the dates.

Manish Sisodia have also supported this decision and have wrote letter to PMO to postpone JEE and NEET.

NEET-JEE Schedule 2020

The Entrance exams are going to begin from September 1 as per the schedule. NTA is conducting these exams in different centres across the nation. On the request of many experts, NTA has increased the centres in various locations to maintain social norms.

The main concern is amid corona cases in India. The position of India is getting worse day by day. Few states are not in a balanced position of corona cases. States like Maharashtra, karnataka, tamil nadu, oddisa, etc where thousands of cases are still coming daily.

Recently, Bollywood actor Sonu sood tweeted in the favour of students. He requested Narendra Modi Ji to postpone exams for the safety of students.
