Student’s from all across the nation are opposing the decision of UGC to compulsory conduct final year exam’s by all States and Central Universities.
Supreme Court Petition
Today, a petition was filled against UGC guidelines in the Supreme Court by the 31 Student’s from 13 states and 1 union territory.
The petition demands to withdraw UGC Guidelines, Cancel final year exam’s and declare result before 31 July, 2020.
Aaditya Thakrey Petition
President of Yuva sena also filled a petition against UGC to scrap final year exam’s and promote student’s on the basis of past semester performance or internal Marks.
High Court Hearing
Advocate Akash and Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal were already fighting a case in Delhi high court representing few delhi university students issues.
High Court have already conducted few court hearings in the past few weeks. The next hearing will be on 20th July at 11:40 AM as per the sources. After 20th july, Court will hear all the similar cases against University of Delhi on 22nd July.
