It’s a scrumptious fusion of Mexican chips with desi Indian masalas which is totally finger licking good. The best thing about chaat recipe is that it doesn’t have to be cooked and in mid of June nobody wants to stand in their kitchens and fight unbearable heat. So here is the recipe for your plate of happiness…
- 1 Small onion
- 3 green chillies
- Frozen corn
- 1 medium tomato
- 4 coriander leaves
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- ½ tbsp red chilli powder
- Black salt as per requirement
- 100gm nacho chips
- 1 tbsp sev
- 60 gm boiled American corn kernels.
- In a bowl add chopped onion, green chillies, tomato, coriander leaves, mayonnaise, ketchup, chaat masala, corns, red chilli powder and black salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Next step is for assembling, place nachos around the plate and above mixture in the middle and add boiled corn on top of the mixture. Garnish with sev and serve immediately.
