Season 2 of The Witcher will resume filming this August, Netflix
confirmed in a tweet. The fantasy drama is on hold Since March.
Netflix’s Game of Thrones-style epic, which stars the Superman actor
Henry Cavill, is one of the biggest hits in the streaming industry, with
76 m households watching the first season.
The show set, which is being filmed at Arborfield Studios, west of
London, was given a deep clean when it was shut down after the actor
Kristofer Hivju revealed that he had tested the coronavirus positive.
