New Delhi : The Second Phase of DU OBE to begin from September 14 as directed by Hon’ble HIgh Court. The Second phase will be conducted through blended and offline mode. Students appearing for the same can also opt for online mode.
Students appearing in remote mode will be given additional facilities to download question papers. Since, Delhi University clarified that the OBE portal which was used in phase one will not function for this phase.
In any case if students fail to to receive question paper on registered email id, then he/she can download the paper from the given link.

Question papers will be available 15 minutes before the paper time. The students just need to enter Unique paper code to download the paper.
This will be an additional facility for such students. This phase will be concluded by October 3 as per the notification. The results for the same will be released by October end.
