New Delhi : Delhi High Court have postponed the hearing to Tuesday, 28 July 2020. The plea challenged Delhi University decision to conduct open book exam’s from 10th August, 2020.
The hearing is scheduled for tomorrow but now postponed due to Supreme court hearing on coming Monday. Delhi High Court will closely observe the decision of Supreme Court on Monday.
Court said “We have to see what SC will choose to do. If it issues notice, whole dynamics will change”.
The Court has suggested to wait for the developments in the Supreme Court. If the decision come in the favour of final year student’s then the whole dynamics of the case changed.
