DU OBE : Delhi High court final Hearing on August 4, No more adjournment

New Delhi : Delhi Court in the last hearing on 31 July adjourned hearing for final arguments till August 4. The adjournment was done due to delay in submitting Counter affidavit by Delhi University.

The Supreme Court have also adjourned the case against UGC guidelines to conduct final year exams till August 10. The Apex court has also rejected the request made by advocate alak alok srivastava to put an interim order till next hearing.

Case against Delhi University open book exams is coming to an end now. Final arguments will be presented on Tuesday, august 4 by Advocate Akash Sinha along with Advocate Sharma Shivankar.

This case was filed before the UGC guidelines dated 6th July were released and the case only challenge the Open book exams.

Delhi University is also conducting mock tests for final year students to familiarize them with the portal. But, Mock test are the big failure for the university.

Students facing hundreds of issues related to technical glitches like Site crash, server errors, Internet lags, and much more. If final order of HC comes in favour of students then OBE can be scrapped an instead of it Assignment or MCQ based evaluation will be implemented. All doubts will be cleared on the judgement day.
