On Tuesday, St. Stephen’s College declared its cut-offs for 2018 with only a slight change from last year’s cut off while other colleges who are affiliated to University of Delhi are expected to release the list next week.
For Economics Honours and for humanities and science students, St. Stephen’s set the cut-offs at 98 and 97.5% respectively. From Economics, English Honours will emulate with a cut-off just as high at 98.5% for commerce, 98 % for science students and 97.5% for humanities.
Among science courses, it was 97.33% for Physics, 96% for Chemistry, 95.66% for B.Sc (Prog.) with computer science and 94.66 for B.Sc (Prog.).
The numbers given are only for aspirants of general category. The St. Stephen’s College reserves 50% seat for aspirants from the Christian community.
St. Stephen’s releases their separate cut-offs from the rest of the colleges of Delhi University and will conduct interviews for all admissions regardless of the course. There will be no such interviews for admissions in other colleges of DU.
Once the aspirant crosses the percentage eligibility, a total of 15% weight is given to the test and the interview, which is followed for admission.
The interviews will begin on June 18 for admission in St. Stephen’s College.
