Ibtida, the Dramatics Society of Hindu College was founded by Imtiaz Ali in 1991. With a legacy of 27 years, it has carved its own niche in the university theatre circuit.
Ibtida actively participates in Street, Stage and Mime events, thus providing a wholesome dramatic experience to its members as well as the audience. The society also has a YouTube channel that features budding artists in Screenplays.
Nurturing an ardent fervour for theatre, Ibtida becomes a learning space, with everyday being a new and creative experience.
