Giving plethora of promises backed by ABVP to persuade the voters released its manifesto for the Delhi University student Union elections 2018 (DUSU) due on September 12.

The manifesto contains the pledge for the fulfillment of various measure stating change for betterment in the condition of students of Delhi University
Women safety, security and gender sensitisation. Repeating the demand of making the north campus of Delhi University a compact campus of “self-defense” training camps in various colleges and university campus. Establishment of “girls activity center” for the future growth of women’s in near future

Gender senstitaion and training camps in various colleges , installation of sanitary napkin vending machines in every college among other demands.
Keeping national interset first ABVP is the demanding from the University to form a “MARTRY’S WALL “ in each college showing all the hero’s who have sacrifice their life just to serve the nation.

NSS, Yoga and NCC should be offered as elective subject and opportunities for social internship to understand Bharat should be provide to the students
Better central placement cell and better opportunities for the boasting the career of students.

The other promise they made is to fight for One Course One Fees ABVP promised they will make sure that same fee structure for same course is followed throughout the university and no autonomy in the case of fee structure would be followed if ABVP win’s.
An increase in the scholarship provide to the students of SC /ST/OBC community and demand to link the scholarship with price index, in line with increase in DA , to prevent the autonomous fee structure charged by the colleges.

IT promised strict enforcement of ‘Room Rent Control Act’ and formation of a coordination committee of private hostel owners and landlords, to prevent exploitation of outstation students.

Other promises in the manifesto pertains to remedial classes for SC, ST, OBC and economically weaker section of student, increase in scholarship for SC, ST students at UG and PG levels, infrastructure development.

Centralized hostel application form one course one fee for all PG courses, healthy and subsidized food for students in all colleges and departments, free education for trans-genders etc.

The ABVP has pitched Ankiv Baisoya for president, Shakti Singh for vice-president, Sudhir for secretary, and Jyoti Chaudhary for joint secretary for the DUSU elections
