University Grant Commission (UGC) recommended universities across India to scrap final year semester examination. Many students in Delhi University were confused about the upcoming semester examination, whether they are going to happen or not.
During the period, many voice notes are being forwarded in various college groups in which teacher is telling that “because of various technicalities University is going to scrap online open book examination. Also, University is only waiting for UGC report after that they will announce officially.”
There are many voice notes like this which are claiming that OBE will be cancelled for sure because of so many reasons. One of the main reason would be Mock tests – as university put them on hold otherwise they will be out today.
These voice notes are spreading like fire in all college groups and we hope that you have also listened to them. Messages are spreading with teacher’s name with the voice note but no one knows how much accurate those voice notes are. We received similar voice notes in which DCAC Economics teacher & venky teacher’s name was mentioned.
