BACTERIA BUSTER

It has always been said, ‘Say NO to plastic’. Where does this plastic dispose off? Finding substitutes, say commonly, Jute Bags, but have people really shifted to it? Statistics says around 57% people did, but where does rest remain? The solution to  how to dispose the harmful substance has been elaborated and founded by a team of Canadian students is the use of ‘BACTERIA BUISTER’: a plastic “composter” that uses bacteria to biodegrade polyethylene over a 15-week period. The process creates CO2, which can be reused in other products, and biomass that can be sold as fertilizer.

 

DIGIBILLS

Are you too a person who forgets and couldn’t locate the bills after keeping them in this most suitable location, but you miss it? Or store it in files, boxes and loose a part of it that makes them worthless of their warranty or help? A 17-year-old boy has developed ‘DIGIBILLS’ where you can keep your bill safe by just clicking a photo and mentioning all the details starting from item purchased, it’s category, bill number/invoice number, suppliers details to warranty date and months close to. Isn’t it amazing, rather than looking out for galleries where you could have deleted or stored among thousand private stuff and maintain a separate closure for it. Not only this, but getting you to know of accountable terms and a helpful tool for young students to start with?

 

SMART SCHOOL BAG

Have you ever seen an immortal subject advising you? You might be thinking what rubbish I am talking about as a normal person won’t ever think of it. But a student of 7th Class has given birth to this unexpected weird being. A LED light using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag notifies you whether or not your school time table requires you to carry a particular book that day, only requirement being the tag attached to the books. Further, he is working on adding a weather sensor to the bag, notifying to carry a raincoat and umbrella as and when required.

Despite of newspapers, televisions or radios where do you get the news of arising pollution of the city, state or the country you are living in? Are statistics or government proceedings enough. Did you ever think how you can analyse the process and prevent it? It’s difficult right, that’s what you think? Well, take a chill pill as team TRACEY,12th Class students have developed a product that not only senses emission, tracks location but also navigates device to analyse and reduce the levels of pollution. Isn’t it wonderful?

 

PORTABLE ATMOSPHERIC WATER GENERATOR

Today everyone craves for a sustainable environment, and in this race Shaurya Jain  invented a soler powered device which uses the simplest method of condensation to extract water from atmospheric moisture. With an aim to replace Atmospheric Water Generation that are heavy and unsuitable to use, the invention is proved to be of much help.

 

AUTOMATIC HOME SURVEILLANCE BOT

The child has been developing robots since the age of 10, at the age of 15 he invented an Automatic Home Surveillance Bot that functions on ultrasonic sensing to detect the presence of motion and fire in one’s absence. Now, you don’t need to worry and stay at home all time, with this you can easily detect and save your home by just syncing your mobile to it.

 

TORCH FOR THE VISUALLY IMPARED

This boy has not only one but invented three products in total on display which are- a mobile-controlled robot and LED lights that change according to music beats)His creation at the Mini Maker Faire were practical and ingenious. How crazy it sounds, a torch that beeps when a hurdle is nearby. Moreover, a gift to visually impaired people and their blessings.

FINSEN HEADPHONES

A fourteen-year-old invented a set of low-cost headphones, which uses blue light therapy to not only detect but also treat ear infections in children, potentially reducing hearing loss due to ear infections by 60 percent. But as she understood, it would be unsuitable for a child suffering from an ear infection to wear headphones, so she designed them in a way that children could listen to their favourite music via headphones while receiving treatment.
