NSUI National Secretary Akshay Kumar also elected as Joint secretary of Delhi University Students’ Union in 2010, allegedly submitted fake documents according to FIR filed by department of Buddhist Studies, kumar enrolled for PHD program in March, 2017 for MA (English ) mark sheets which were sent to university which denied issuing them.
Official said, the matter will be taken to Department Research Committee with copy of FIR and forged documents will be made for cancellation of admission. Also AKHIL BHARTIYA VIDYARTHI PARISHAD (ABVP) to divert attention from baisoya’s case by why highlighting it now as FIR was registered a few months ago and in response NSUI said that, department had got FIR registered without verification as a reason for late action on the case.
Last week, NSUI had alleged ABVP’s baisoya had submitted fake documents to gain admission after releasing a letter from Thiruvallam University which send response after communicating with student that certificate submitted is fake.
