More than 68,000 students have taken admissions in Delhi University this year and more than 50% of them are from outside Delhi. These outstation students are forced to tackle several problems including food, shelter and language barriers.

Since the accommodation is very expensive, students from nearby cities are forced to commute everyday for 3-5 hours. Outstation students face language barriers as hindi is not widely spoken in their region. The biggest problem for all those living in PGs is that the food does not taste good, as is usually unhealthy.
