New Delhi : Delhi High Court in last hearing have asked Delhi University to inform tentative date for releasing results of OBE.
Advocate Dutta informed the court that OBE results will be declared in the last week of September, 2020. The Court objected and ask DU to release the results sooner.
Delhi HC also observed that there are many students who were enrolled for Master’s Program from Abroad and they need Provisional degree and Marksheet by 1st week of September.
The Court have directed Delhi University to setup a special committee and setup an e-mail id. Student’s who have secured Admission in foreign Universities need to send documents on that e-mail.
Delhi University will then provide a letter on the behalf of Students informing Universities that Results will be declared by so and so. The lawyer’s and Court is also closely checking with the Delhi university.
This will help many students who are enrolled for foreign Univeristies. The hearing related to expiditing results and Provisional degrees will take place on August 27.
