Delhi University in the recent guidelines for open book examination mentioned about the study material which will be helpful in preparing for the upcoming open book exams because students are little worried about the papers.
They mentioned ” Your personal notes, books prescribed by the Department/ College in the Syllabus/provided by your teachers as part of preparation for the examinations will be helpful.”

Although this is an open book examination, it is important and recommended to prepare well and practice in the same way as one prepares in the conventional examination. You may not have time to look up all your answers.
We recommend not to believe on any person or institution offering open book exams fake notes or don’t believe on forwarded msgs asking for few bucks for OBE test papers and answers.
