third cutoff

Delhi University is going to release its third cut-off list tonight, July 8, 2019, on its official website i.e. du.ac.in. As of now, few colleges have already declared there cutoffs while some are going to release by end of the day. Candidates who are eagerly waiting for the third cut-off list should log in to the official website of DU to check it and under which college they are coming under. They are requested to download the forms for the respective colleges. Candidates should carry the downloaded form along with all the required documents when they go to the respective colleges.

DU Cut off List 2019: How to check

Step 1: Log on to the official website, du.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the link which says ”third cut-off list
Step 3: DU cut-off will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Download the same and take a print out of it.

DU cut off 2019: List of documents required at the time of admission

The applicants shall be required to produce the following documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission:

  • Class 10 Certificate (Mark-sheet or certificate) indicating date of birth and Parents’ names* (The names of applicants claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS/CW/KM must match with the names that appear on the corresponding reservation certificates; similarly their parents’ names must match in both sets of certificates)
  • Class 12 mark-sheet
  • Character certificate(recent)
  • SC/ST/OBC/EWS/CW/KM Certificate (in the name of the Applicant) issued by the competent authority. (The names of applicants claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC/EWS/CW/KM must match with the names that appear on their corresponding School Board qualifying certificates; similarly, their parents’ names must match in both sets of certificates)
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Applicant) issued by the competent authority and wherein the caste is in the OBC central list issued by http://ncbc.nic.in. (The name of the applicant claiming reservation under OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) must match with the applicant’s name as it appears on their corresponding School Board qualifying certificates; similarly, their parents’ names must match in both sets of certificates)
  • EWS Certificate from competent authority certifying the applicant can claim reservation under this category. (The names of applicants claiming reservation under this category must match with the names that appear on their corresponding School Board qualifying certificates; similarly, their parents’ names must match in both sets of certificates)

DU cut off 2019: Third cut off list to see a marginal decline

With less than 20,000 seats left to be filled in Delhi University, the principals of colleges affiliated to the varsity said that the cut-offs for admission to courses will see a marginal decline in the third list, on July 7, 2019. According to the data shared by DU, 43,854 admissions have taken place after 778 withdrawals since the beginning of the process. The number of cancellations since the second cut-off stands at 3,082.
