NSUI की मांग- CBSE की पहली क्लास के लेकर ...

Students from many parts of the country are unable to attend online classes of Delhi University (DU) due to lack of resources like internet. In view of the problems of students, the National Students Organization of India (NSUI) has urged DU to reconsider its decision for online examinations.

NSUI national secretary and media incharge Lokesh Chugh said in a statement released on Thursday that most of the students belonging to OBC, EWS, SC and ST does not have access to proper technical infrastructure such as internet connectivity and Laptops or smartphones. Moreover, most of the students are not in Delhi and Trains don’t start before 1st July and exams if held offline will begin the same day!

NSUI requested UGC and Delhi University to consider following demands :

  1. The first and second year students should be passed on the basis of their previous semester year’s examination.
  2. The third year students should be passed on the basis of the previous year results. The average score of the previous years with addition to 10% extra should be given as the students generally do well in their last semester.
  3. If there is a need of conducting third years’ paper, then the exams should be held before September and the examinations should solely be held only on the basis of in-person classes held.
  4. The syllabus covered in the offline classes should not be considered. The pandemic allows you to conduct offline examinations
