It seems that this year it is not so easy for the students to take admissions under UG courses. This year a new EWS category is introduced i.e economically weaker section of the society . Earlier in January our prime minister Mr Narender Modi announced that from this year their has been increase of 10% seats under this category.
But the problem is majority of students does not have EWS certificates . The govt departments are saying that they don’t know anything about such certificates and the varsity is saying that they cant do anything in this respect. They have made amendments according to the rules laid by the govt .
Even the candidates belonging to the OBC category are also asked to submit their certificate issued on 31st march 2019 or later. But govt officials is not issuing the latest certificates. This whole not so cooperative attitude is just adding problems in the life of students nothing else. Some 24-25 students have uploaded this certificates which is also creating a trouble for others.
Now lets hope that before the registration process ends all these formalities gets fulfilled.
