Delhi University Students’ Union submitted a memorandum to Dean Examinations, University of Delhi with regard to the mock test conduction for the students of the University.
The memorandum incorporated the vital points such as emphasis on the necessity of mock tests to enhance flexibility and also convenience for the students. It also highlighted the server error that has emerged and called for the conduction of the mock tests as well.
The DUSU President Akshit Dahiya said ‘’ It has come to our notice that the University of Delhi has not conducted the mock test of students of DU as they said in their guidelines . Therefore we demand from university to conduct the mock test & also University Administration should be clear that without mock tests no final exam would be conducted .”
The DUSU Vice-President Pradeep Tanwar said ‘’ It is our responsibility to ensure that not even a single student is hampered in the process and that all students are able to give the mock tests. We have implored the administration to check over the server errors and conduct the mock tests’.
The DUSU Joint-Secretary Shivangi Kharwal said ‘’ In these times , we expect the administration to work on this and take up the steps which are in the best interests of the student community. The online examinations should only be conducted after the mock tests. Hence , we have requested the administration to kindly look into this’’.
