AC & EC Members conveyed to DU VC following feedbacks from students and teachers regarding the first day of mock test for online OBE:
- There are some instances of crash of the concerned portal.
- The students have faced problems in accessing/log in the portal.
- Many subjects have no question papers. In such cases, the students were told to upload blank paper or writing anything. In such a situation, whole purpose of mock test gets defeated.
- In many cases, the students are getting question papers of 4th semester instead of 6th semester.
- The students find data slot of 5MB/file for uploading insufficient.
- Some students have also reported of their password being tampered with.
They asserted that such a scenario of chaos and confusion was adding to the stress level of the students, which was at higher level than the usual, due to pandemic. Earlier also, they have raised their concerns on the basis of DU’s statutory procedure, academic rationale and logistical deficiencies.
They demanded to cancel the online OBE as the beginning of the mock test seemed to be forewarning about an impending disaster.
