Career Opportunity Cell of JDMC was established in the year 2005 with a view to empower young women by generating opportunities to make them financially independent. Here, the emphasis is not only on providing job opportunities but also internships, scholarships, conducting seminars, career counseling sessions and online assessment tests.
Some of there recruiters are: EY,FIS, Global Arcus,Aon Hewitt, Genpact, Concentrix, Rise Consultancy,S&P Capital IQ, Universal Data Solutions etc.
The Career Opportunity Cell, JDMC organised the JOB FAIR’2017 to develop a strong academic industry interface between JDMC and corporates and to provide various job opportunities to the prospects from Delhi NCR area under one roof. Many big recruiters (around 15 companies) visited our campus and hired students from various disciplines and different educational institutions.
In order to enhance the employability skills of the students, the cell organized a seminar on “Interview Ready” with Enigma and on “Public Speaking” with T.I.M.E.
EY conducted two soft skill sessions for the students where they provided a brief about their company as well as some interview skills and tips on building an apt CV. A seminar on “Career in Banking and Finance” was organized in collaboration with TKWS Institute. Seminar on “Colloquim: New Age Game changer” was organized in association with IILM. The Cell in collaboration with Facebook and Josh Talks organized an interactive workshop on ‘entrepreneurship’.
