Four Kashmiri youths have been arrested by Gurugram Police for reportedly using a fake University of Delhi letterhead and also for forging DUSU’S newly elected president Ankiv Baisoya .

They asserted that they raising funds for rehabilitation of people belonging to terror- stricken regions in Jammu and Kashmir. Police are investigating about their network and checking if these guys have any links with terrorist organisations .

Aamir , a B.A. Second year student , said that they forged in Ankiv Baisoya’s signature in the fake letterhead so as to impress Delhi and NCR and not to make them suspicious. When enquired , Ankiv Baisoya denied his involvement in this act , he clearly mentioned that the University didn’t issue a letterhead to him yet , so how could he issue one to them .
